Concept / Design

A concept will be designed by a professional designer / architect that include components that cover all aspects of running the establishment successfully.  The Story, The People, The Space, The Identity, The Service, The Content and The Channels are all taken in consideration for approval by the owner/s.

Budget

Unless otherwise specified by the appointed designer, we would proceed with a bid/ tender process which would include 2 to 3 suppliers. We are transparent with costs and quotes are readily available for review. Once a preferred supplier has been appointed, budgets will be finalized and submitted for approvals, this would include a cash flow forecast. Vendor agreements will be set up and managed.

Building / Alterations

In accordance with the approved concept design & approved detailed area drawings / plans, modifications of any existing structure, or portion thereof. This includes, but not limited to, the removal, modification, or repair of items and areas. Scheduling and coordination will be done to minimize any effect on the operations of the establishments.

Furniture, Fittings & Equipment

We would arrange for FF&E samples to be manufactured, where required, and approved by the designer. Periodic checks and progress updates will be completed throughout the manufacturing process. It will be our responsibility to manage coordination between suppliers, i.e. fabric houses & manufacturers.

Operating & Specialized Equipment

We are able to provide a Mock-up room list. A detailed list for the OSE (FOH, BOH and Conference & Banqueting quantified including par stock) could be provided at a fee, should the Owners wish to purchase directly. Alternatively, we could procure, coordinate and deliver the OSE ensuring that the Brand / Quality standards are met.

Delivery & Installation

The responsibility will be on us to manage coordination between suppliers and delivering to a central warehouse (this is mainly used for cross border projects) and deliveries to site. A team will be on site for receiving, installation and final placement. Handover documents will be submitted once installation and snagging are completed.

Asset Registering

A complete detailed list of the new assets installed / delivered will be given to the establishment to add to their existing Assets Management System. In additional to this valuable document, we will also brief the operations team on the care instructions & warranties of the new assets and installations to ensure longevity of your investment.
